Passport/ Visa
Summit delegates are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary documents to enter Denmark and citizens of certain countries may be required to obtain a Visa to enter the country.  If you require an Invitation Letter for this process, please contact Ms Nathalia Wittingham, Conference and Events Officer at nwittingham@ifa-fiv.org.

Travel and Accommodation
Please note that booking accommodation in advance is essential and the sole responsibility of delegates and there are many different accommodations near the DaneAge Association Summit venue that delegates can chose from. The DaneAge Association is in located in Zone 3 of the Copenhagen public transit zone. It is a 10-minute walk from Islands Brygge M1 Station and 6-minute walk from 12-Bus Isafjordsgade (Njalsgade) Stop.
